Daikon Daisy was named after my daughter. My wife and I have made sure to raise her with an ever developing palate. We want her to grow up knowing that the menu is a whole lot bigger than what is offered to most children. Throughout my life, I have nurtured an insatiable passion for culinary delights, pursuing diverse roles such as cheese monger, fishmonger, butcher, farmer, and culinary instructor. My aspiration is to create delectable experiences while savoring each dish. Witnessing the astonished expression on someone’s face as they embark on their first culinary adventure holds a profound emotional significance for me, and I am eager to share this transformative moment with you.
